Chef, Al Plungis comes to Long Lake Market with over 30 years of food and hospitality experience. Al has worked in restaurants across the country and at Metro Detroit hot spots! He is happy to customize a menu for any occasion- holiday parties, birthday celebrations, wedding and baby showers, luncheons, or corporate events!
